As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be fully accountable for the successful operation of all F&B outlets, banquets, and conferences as independent profit centers. You will lead the team to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while meeting revenue and profit targets in line with Hilton International standards.
This strategic role involves planning, controlling, organizing, and marketing all food and beverage operations in a luxury hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Food & Beverage outlets and banqueting operations as independent profit centers
- Ensure consistent service standards and specified profit margins
- Formulate annual operating budgets, forecasts, and revenue-driven initiatives
- Monitor costs (food, beverage, labour, supplies) and take corrective actions
- Maintain high productivity levels and control overtime
- Work closely with Outlet Managers, Executive Chef, and Banquet teams
- Develop and execute F&B marketing plans and promotions
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and food safety (FSMS)
- Handle guest complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Train and develop F&B team members
- Conduct regular departmental meetings and performance reviews
- Maintain strong inter-departmental coordination
- Drive the hotel’s Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Eligibility & Requirements
Experience:
- 5–8 years as Head of Food & Beverage in a 4/5-star category hotel
- Strong background in F&B operations, banqueting, and cost control
Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of food & beverage operations, cost control, menu planning, and guest interaction
- Strong leadership, people management, and training skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
