As Learning & Development Manager, you will coordinate and manage all hotel training activities in line with Hilton’s global standards. You will develop training resources, implement talent development programs, conduct needs analysis, and ensure that team members receive the right training to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the hotel’s operational goals.
You will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and department heads to build a strong learning culture across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Update training notice boards and communicate training information
- Organize reward and certification programs
- Coordinate cross-training initiatives with department heads
- Implement talent development programs according to brand standards
- Conduct regular training needs analysis and in-house training sessions
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance reports
- Develop tools and systems to measure training effectiveness
- Assist in setting departmental training goals and budgets
- Support performance reviews and create individual development plans
- Facilitate orientation programs for new team members
- Promote multiskilling and continuous learning

Eligibility & Requirements
Education:
