Educational Qualification
Assistant Manager
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in the relevant engineering discipline from an AICTE-recognized institution.
- For Human Resource: Relevant qualification such as MBA/PGDM (HR) as specified in the official notification.
- Minimum qualifying marks:
- General/OBC: 60%
- SC/ST: 50%
Junior Manager
- Full-time Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline from an AICTE/Government-recognized institution.
- Minimum qualifying marks:

- Maximum Age: 38 Years

- Grade Pay: ₹14,200
Junior Manager
- Pay Scale: ₹25,000 – ₹92,000
