Eligibility Criteria
Students must meet the following conditions:
- The applicant must be a resident of Assam.

- Students under the betterment or reappearance category are not eligible.
- Students studying in institutions outside Assam can also be eligible if they possess a valid PRC of Assam.

Benefits Under Pragyan Bharati Scheme
Eligible beneficiaries will receive a scooter, with the scheme providing for petrol or electric scooters according to the applicable government process.
