As Cluster Manager, you will be the face of ABSLI for the Indian Bank partnership in the assigned cluster. Your main goal is to build a strong, progressive relationship with the bank, support their strategy, achieve business targets, and deliver best-in-class service to both the bank and customers.
You will lead a team of FLS (Financial Life Style) partners and work closely with bank branch heads to maximize insurance penetration and contribute to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Targets Achievement
- Drive premium and revenue targets from the assigned Indian Bank branches
- Increase SP (Sales Partner) activation and new business acquisition
- Focus on balanced product mix and high persistency
- Identify and implement innovative branch activities to boost customer penetration
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch heads and key stakeholders
- Become the preferred insurance partner for the bank
- Conduct regular meetings and provide product training to bank staff
- Design differential strategies based on branch potential
Team Management & Development
- Recruit, mentor, and motivate the FLS team
- Monitor daily performance and provide coaching
- Create recognition platforms to keep the team engaged
- Ensure performance spread across the team for incentives and contests
Business Quality & Profitability
- Achieve high persistency (renewals) and control business leakage
- Manage expenses within the allowable gap
