- Ensure smooth execution of sales processes and resolve service-related issues
- Monitor persistency (target 80%+ premium persistency)
- Manage team performance and productivity
- Provide timely reports and maintain compliance with internal systems
- Identify innovative ways to increase customer penetration
- Focus on balanced product mix (Traditional, ULIP, Term plans)
