As Information Technology Manager, you will be responsible for implementing Hilton’s IT strategies, managing all hotel IT systems, maximizing profitability through technology, and ensuring business continuity. Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Hilton’s IT strategies and priorities in the hotel
- Maximize profitability through effective use of IT and operational best practices
- Control and reduce IT costs through smart purchasing and maintenance contracts
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue using technology
- Ensure proper user permissions, monthly audits, and data security
- Manage all IT expenses according to the approved budget
- Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Provide high-level IT support to guests and internal teams
- Maintain and secure all hotel data and systems
- Manage local vendors and IT service providers
- Conduct regular self-evaluations and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Support local implementation projects and cross-train team members
- Communicate IT status, risks, and opportunities to General Manager and Regional IT
- Ensure adherence to security and emergency policies
Eligibility & Requirements
Education:
- University degree, majoring in IT or related field
- Relevant IT certifications preferred
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same or similar position in the hospitality industry
Key Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong technical knowledge of hotel systems and networks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems quickly
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
