Job Description
The Mobility Sales Lead will be responsible for managing and driving sales operations across assigned territories, including both urban and rural areas. The role requires strong expertise in distribution channel management, sales planning, and execution.
The selected candidate will work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal teams to increase product penetration, drive SIM activations, and boost recharge business. The role also involves expanding the company’s presence in new markets and ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies.
In addition, the candidate will monitor team performance, provide training to team members and channel partners, and ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
