Eligibility Criteria
Residence:
Candidate must be a permanent resident of Assam.
Lower Primary (Classes I to V)
Candidates must possess any one of the following:
- Senior Secondary (50%) + 2-year D.El.Ed
- Senior Secondary (50%) + 4-year B.El.Ed
- Senior Secondary (50%) + 2-year Diploma in Special Education
- Graduation + 2-year D.El.Ed
Upper Primary (Classes VI to VIII)
Candidates must possess any one of the following:
- Graduation + 2-year D.El.Ed
- Graduation (50%) + B.Ed
- Post-Graduation (55%) + 3-year Integrated B.Ed–M.Ed
- Senior Secondary (50%) + 4-year B.El.Ed
- Senior Secondary (50%) + 4-year B.A./B.Sc. Ed
- Graduation (50%) + 1-year B.Ed (Special Education)
Relaxation:
Up to 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/PWD (PH) candidates.
