- Control costs related to operating supplies, cleaning supplies, breakage, and payroll
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all kitchen equipment and utensils
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
- Coordinate with Engineering department for preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Manage inventory of cleaning chemicals and operating equipment
- Handle monthly inventory, breakage reports, and purchase requisitions
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards
- Train team members on proper cleaning methods and safety procedures
- Support restaurant and banquet operations during peak times
