As Training Manager, you will be responsible for building sales capability across channels by designing and delivering effective training programs. Your focus will be on product knowledge, sales skills, regulatory training, and productivity enhancement for advisors, employees, and channel partners.
You will work closely with the Zonal Training Manager and Channel Heads to ensure training initiatives directly contribute to business growth and higher advisor productivity.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
KRA 1: Training Architecture & Content Development
- Review and co-create training architecture for employees, advisors, and channel partners
- Conduct training needs analysis and ensure relevant ILT & online content creation
- Validate and continuously improve training modules
KRA 2: Training Delivery & Productivity Impact
- Drive training programs to enhance productivity of active advisors and third-party distributors
- Focus on advisor activation and CAB (Branch Activation)
- Ensure training reaches the last mile effectively
KRA 3: Evaluation & ROI Measurement
- Measure training effectiveness and create systems to assess post-training performance improvement
- Track impact on business metrics and productivity
KRA 4: Trainer Development & Capacity Building
- Identify and develop internal/external subject matter experts
- Create a robust trainer certification program
- Plan resources for optimal training delivery
KRA 5: Team Management
- Recruit, mentor, and coach team members
- Provide direction and support for achieving training objectives
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 3–5 years in training, preferably in insurance or financial services Qualification: Graduate (Postgraduate degree will be an advantage) Skills Required:
