The Warehouse Executive Asian Paints Assam role is a critical position in the company’s supply chain and logistics team. You will be responsible for smooth warehouse operations, timely delivery to dealers and project sites, stock accuracy, vendor management, and ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
- Monitor Order Cycle Time (OCT) for material delivery to dealers and project sites
- Regularly coordinate with customers and sales team to resolve service-related issues
- Support Home Improvement business for material storage and delivery
Warehouse Management
- Improve productivity of CFA manpower at the warehouse
- Conduct regular stock verification and control stock variances
- Maintain all warehouse documents and legal agreements
- Implement Transport Management System and optimize route plans
Infrastructure & Overheads
- Assess infrastructure needs at warehouse and sales offices
- Propose and execute capex projects on time
- Monitor freight cost per ton (CPT) and keep overheads within budget
Vendor Payments & Compliance
- Process vendor payments as per terms
- Ensure no pending payments or open advances
- Track and renew statutory licenses on time
- Update compliances in GRC portal
- Support ISO, 5S, and internal audits
Safety & Reporting
- Conduct safety audits and maintain safe working environment
- Prepare and circulate monthly reports on key parameters
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–6 years in warehouse and logistics
- Industry: Chemicals / FMCG / Paints preferred
- Education: Graduation (any stream)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, dispatch, and supply chain
- Good communication and coordination skills
Locations: Candidates from Guwahati or Agartala (or willing to relocate) will be preferred.
